How long until I can see my proofs?

• Proofs are available for viewing within 1 week.

How long to get an order back?

• Reprints up to 11x14 are ready for pickup within 2-3 weeks.
• 16x20 and larger sizes take 3-4 weeks for delivery.
• Finished wedding albums and parent albums are ready within 4 weeks.
• DVD's of Wedding/Reception are ready within 4 weeks.

What if I don't want some of the pictures in the package, like wallets? Can I exchange those for extra pictures like 8x10's?

• Sure, you can exchange wallets for other pictures of equal value. Any picture can be exchanged for any other pictures of equal value.

When do I pay?

• All orders are paid for when placed.
• For Wedding Package payments: We can work out a payment plan for you.

What kind of Packages are available for Weddings?

• Depending on your budget we can customize your package or pick from one of our Special plans.
• We do have Wedding only packages as well as Video only packages.
• We also have the all inclusive packages, which include everything from the Portrait to the Wedding & Reception.
• For Wedding & Videography packages: Call or e-mail for payment plans.

Do I have to pay for a Consultation?

• No, we would love to talk with you about your photography or videography needs.

How far will you travel for a wedding?

• I have traveled all over the east coast from Washington, D.C. to South Carolina to Charlotte, NC. I can travel if available.
